WINNER OF JR MEN AT LIBERTY 2011

Little Nathan Chen may be small in size but he is a force to be reckoned with on the ice (or the piano or the parallel bars or on the ballet stage).  He is in Pennsylvania at the Liberty Summer Competition competing in novice men's and has won the technical round with freeskate on Saturday.  THE WINNER IS NATHAN CHEN!!!!. 

Nathan and mom Hetty will fly to Hong Kong arriving on August 9th at 730am, so I will go to the airport here and pick them up, taken them to my home for lunch and to see Kita, then we all head back to the airport to meet Alex Yeung and Albert Chu to fly to Bangkok where he will perform in 2 exhibitions at Skate Asia 2011.  Nathan has become a real celebrity over the past 2 years with nationwide exposure on ABC News (Person of the week) and winning his second national title.  A real champion and someone we have to watch from now until 2018 Olympic Games.
